COACHING SPOT - The Tackle

I'm going to try to put in interesting videos every now and then to give all you Datsuns machines extra tune up opportunities - or to put it another way - to work on things away from the training nights that you can put into practice at training and during games.

First up, we always need to work on our tackle technique.  If the All Blacks work on their tackle technique (which they do) then so can Datsuns!  Here is a video and a small bit of reading courtesy of 'The Coaching Toolbox' demonstrating awesome tackle technique. Think about each step in the tackle and how you are able to improve your tackling ability to get our opposition ON THE GROUND!!!  Also, from now on I will also answer to "Phil".
